De Universiteit van Primorska is een jonge en levendige instelling die in staat is zich aan te passen en actief deel te nemen aan de omgeving, die steeds meer openstaat voor experimenten en innovatie. Met haar activiteiten zoekt zij voortdurend naar nieuwe samenwerkingsmogelijkheden en functioneert zij in ondernemende processen. Door wetenschappelijke excellentie en een fantastische ligging aan de Adriatische kust streeft de Universiteit van Primorska ernaar toptalent aan te trekken en een onderzoeksomgeving op te bouwen waar gedurfde nieuwe idee\u00ebn kunnen overleven, rijpen en tot volle wasdom komen.<\/p>\n

Momenteel staan ongeveer zesduizend studenten ingeschreven bij de universiteit, waarvan 20% uit het buitenland komt. De afgelopen jaren heeft de universiteit deelgenomen aan verschillende Erasmus+ programma’s die gespecialiseerd waren in het aanleren van digitale vaardigheden, waarbij de nadruk lag op datamining en technieken voor machinaal leren.
